The following Terms and Conditions govern the access and use of the mobile application and web services of Colquechaca, a mineral trading company. By accessing our platform, you agree to comply with the following clauses:

Object of the Service

Colquechaca provides a digital platform so that its clients may:

• Consult the status of their mineral lots.

• View mineralogical laboratory reports.

• Receive notifications and security codes via WhatsApp.

Registration and Account Security

• Access to the application is personal and non-transferable.

• User identity is validated through an OTP (One-Time Password) code sent to the registered mobile number.

• The user is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their access and for any activity performed under their account.

Veracity of Commercial Information

The client agrees to provide truthful data regarding their identity and the origin of the commercialized minerals, in compliance with current mining regulations in Bolivia.

Intellectual Property and Confidentiality

• All platform content (design, software, logos, and data structure) is the property of Colquechaca.

• Laboratory reports issued through the app are confidential to the titular client. Their alteration or reproduction for fraudulent purposes is strictly prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

• Colquechaca makes constant efforts to maintain 24/7 service availability; however, it is not responsible for technical interruptions external to the system or failures in the telephony/WhatsApp network.

• We are not responsible for any misuse the user may make of the information downloaded from the application.

Modifications to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time to reflect changes in our business operations or legal requirements. Continued use of the app following such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

For any controversy arising from the use of these services, the parties submit to the laws of the Plurinational State of Bolivia and the jurisdiction of the courts of the city of Oruro.

User Data Deletion Instructions

At Colquechaca, we respect your right to control your personal information. If you wish to close your account and permanently delete your data from our systems, please follow these steps:

1. Request via Email: Send a message from the email address associated with your account to: info@colquechaca.com.

2. Subject Line: You must indicate in the subject line: "User Data Deletion Request - [Your Name or Mobile Number]".

3. Process: Once the request is received, our technical team will proceed to deactivate your account and delete your phone number, identification data, and any linked personal information from our active servers.

4. Timeline: The deletion process will be completed within a maximum period of 24 to 48 business hours. You will receive a confirmation email once the action has been executed.

Note: Please be aware that account deletion is irreversible, and you will lose access to your lot history and laboratory reports through the mobile application.
